Gabriella West

Gabriella West was born in Santa Barbara, CA, in 1967. She grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and came to the Bay Area after college, where she earned an MA in Creative Writing at San Francisco State University. She is the author of seven novels and a memoir, Connecting the Dots.\n\nHer work is LGBT-friendly and sex-positive, with an emphasis on history, women, and marginalized groups. She's also fond of writing about England, even though she has never lived there. (But a daily diet of BBC dramas on TV helped while she was growing up!)\n\nAfter years of publishing in anthologies, and one novel, Time of Grace, published by a trade press in Ireland, she launched as an independent author in 2011.
